"Try to Remember III," a variety show featuring an array of musical acts and a dramatic reading, will be performed on Sunday, April 27, at the Westport Center for Senior Activities.
The show is scheduled for 2 p.m. and is sponsored by the Friends of the Westport Center for Senior Activities.
Two previous "Try to Remember" shows -- in 2012 and 2013 -- attracted standing-room-only crowds, the sponsors said.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Advance tickets are available at the senior center, 21 Imperial Ave.
Comedian Nick Stevens will return from last year's show as master of ceremonies, and local jazz musician and gospel choir director Chris Coogan is musical director, sponsors said in a news release. Doris Jacoby is producer and director.
Along with the various musical acts, veteran screen and stage actor Keir Dullea will do a reading from a Broadway play, according to the release.
Among scheduled musical acts are:
Singer-songwriter Suzanne Sheridan.
Former Broadway performer Carole Schweid.
